★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never ever recommend this massage salon to anyone at all. The massage was not relaxing, it was painful. The masseuse put way too much pressure on my upper back and moved my entire body when giving a massage. I initially went for a 30 min massage but saw the deal of $49 for 1 hour for first time patients. I was the only patient at her place so I asked if she could give me the 1 hour deal instead, she said it's for first time patients. When I told her it's my first time, she rolled her eyes, asked me to go to the room. She gave me the 30 min massage instead of the 1 hour. When it was time to pay, I asked how come she didn't give me a 1 hour massage, her reply - it's for first time patients. Communication is also a problem at this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though they have a physical sign up in front of their store saying the initial massage visit is $49/hr, when you call to book an appointment they first ask if you are covered by insurance first. If you are, then you don't get the $49 discounted price and they tell you that their website still has the outdated price on it. Fine, I can live without the discounted price. But the masseuse did not listen to what I had to say before and during the session. She walked into the room, did not greet or ask any questions and just jumped right into the works. I had to pause her to advise which areas I needed the service to be done, not to mention the level of the pressure. Even after I requested several times to have lighter pressure on certain areas, she did not listen. Now I feel aches in areas that I did not before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read all the reviews and it's true what some reviewers have said. It reminded me of Asian massage places in Markham and Scarborough. The RMT couldn't really communicate in English so it was a good thing that I was able to speak basic Mandarin to let her know spots I wanted her to focus on. I get shoulder, neck and back pain and I generally go for the deep tissue, relaxing massages. However, she applied too much pressure that I had to tell her to go lighter 5-6 times. She finished the session with several layers of hot towels on my back and the temperature was insanely hot (and I can tolerate a lot of heat). She used it afterwards to wipe the massage oil off which I liked because other places don't do that. If you find yourself in need of a quick, last min massage, it helps to go in knowing some Mandarin phrases to avoid an experience like I had. I came out being able to move my neck and no shoulder pain anymore which is a good thing. Unless, I had no choice, I would not come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello been going to this place for 5 years now. Great service love this place they do the suction cups and the acupuncture helps a lot. The messages are great old school Chinese style hot towels at the end are great. The price is right cheapest in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new location is very relaxing and nice. I had Kathy who was amazing. She listened to me and did exactly what we spoke about. She would periodically ask me about my comfort and the pressure level which was reassuring. Can't wait for my next visit.

Ok look , it's not perfect as it's a little small and tight , I can't say it's the best spa I have been into but the actual massage was great over all
I had the first time special with added acupuncture. Not a big fan of acupuncture but the massage was really good and she was touching the pain points like she can see them . I felt much better walking out than when I walked in . I would say the regular price is a little expensive for the size and feel of the place but as I said the massage was good and I think that's what people go for there
Music was relaxing in the background as well
