It states you can have your choice of pancakes or french toast with your choice of strawberry or blueberry topping.
When you order this you have to pay a $2.90 charge for the topping.
It should be removed from the voucher.
With means not an additional charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in for a quick breakfast and was amazed. Prices are right on point. Cool bar area. Why drive to the city for breakfast if you have this gem here!
This was 5 starts but the food is now straight up disgusting. Tried coule times to confirm and when I left a bad new review they took it down. Don't recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good breakfast at a reasonable price. Large portion. Food and service were nice. We came here because of another reviewers comment about dogs being allowed in but that is not the case. Service dogs only (which is the law anyways). Staff was friendly enough to give us a bowl of water for the dog that had to be left in the car. 4/5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the bathrooms are a mess.They really could use a deep clean. Took the staff 20 minutes to take my order, the bussing is atrocious as food on another table has been sitting there 28 minutes beyond the departure of the patrons who ordered it. I've been waiting 45 minutes for a hot dog and fries. Totally unacceptable. the service is slow dispite there being 4 tables with patrons. This place never used to be like this, I don't know what happened. This has been ongoing for quite sometime and it saddens me as this place used to to enjoyable. If you want good food and service don't come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slightly warm coffee reported to waitress but still served more of same. Not busy in restaurant but took a while before we got our breakfasts which were .... you guessed it not hot at all. Disappointed, used to be great restaurant
