★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm only writing this review for the public bathroom. Some people might not know about this, but on the side of the municipal hall there is a public bathroom that is open during the day. If you are out and about in Oak Bay shopping or on a walk and need a bathroom this is great to use. It always seems to be relatively clean.
