★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for hyperbaric oxygen therapy to deal with long covid at the suggestion of someone who had significant improvement after oxygen therapy helped deal with lung damage.
Joe was very attentive and informative. He spent some time listening and talking through the treatment with me. He worked out a plan with me based on my circumstances.
He made some suggestions around diet and supplements that should help with my issues to fast track my healing.
I finished my 5th session yesterday, and my blood sugar has gone from between 7 - 9 down to 4's, and I've lost 7 lbs in just 5 days. Clearly, the oxegen treatment has begun to address some inflammation issues for me!!
COVID got into my lungs and although I have a ways to go, the painful lung burn hasn't come back yet and I feel confident that the diet and supplements he has suggested are going to keep me moving forward.
I had sought help from doctors and physiotherapists at the long covid clinic and other specialists. In almost 5 months, this is the only thing besides inhalers that has helped me.
If you have diabetes or long covid, I recommend starting the 5 day oxegen treatment and following Joe's lifestyle suggestions.
