★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually the massage therapy is decent here but the last massage was not that good and not really worth it.
I wish I had gone to another place as I didn't feel it helped much.
Also, the massage therapist actually picked up a personal call and massaged with one hand during the phone conversation. I found that unprofessional and felt like I am being cheated off my time and investment as I paid for massage therapy and not to listen to a phone conversation and have it interfere with my therapy.
She often picks up client calls during therapy.
She should hire a receptionist (it will help someone become employed, gain experience and earn a living, as well as help her business be organized and professional) to pick up client calls and should not take personal calls during the therapy session.
She should remember and respect the fact that clients pay for the massage therapy and should realize that when she takes calls during therapy it interferes with therapy and negatively effects the quality and experience of the massage therapy.
