P	Pipe Wrencher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give them 0 star, the ladies working there came to our site shouted that we have to stop singing and leave, but the neighbor stepped in and told them that we were not bothering anyone. Also we went to the office and asked if there is a place to play volleyball, the lady lied and said there is no place to play volleyball but we noticed that it is right beside the office and clearly marked on the map. The lady told me that seasonal campers have the priority and if one seasonal camper complain then we have to leave, so we spent 2 days in fear of being kicked out and we were trying to keep our voice super low even during the day time(just imagine that).

We had booked two places but could not find one of them and they were not ready to guide us to our booked place. No one answered the phone at 11 pm and we had to settle in one place, 7 people. They were talking in a very bad manner the next day when we asked for our second camping place. I wouldn’t want to drive 3 hours to be treated so badly. They need to change the office managers there.
A	Allan Heyman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my favorite places or all time. I've spent thirty years coming here, growing up and watching my kids grow up. They've enjoyed it as much as I have Now for the reason I give it only there stars... This has always been a family park where everyone pretty much know everyone else. The park maintenance had never been perfect but it was a campground and we expected it. Visiting lately though, the standards have went down, the outhouse at the beach was disgusting and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The main bathrooms were dirtier than I've ever seen them. The beach looks worse than ever, I understand there has been a lot of rain but the play area needs new sand dumped. Many lifelong campers are pulling out because the prices have been jacked up and the new owners seem to be in it only to make a profit, which is a huge shame. This is a beautiful area with a fantastic lake. If the owners would just take better care of the amenities and try to make it enjoyable again, it would get back to its full glory. The waterpark it's a lot of fun and reasonably priced, at $5 a day per user, it's an inexpensive way to entertain for a low price. They inflatables needed to be re-inflated and need to be cleaned. But they are one good thing about the 'new' campground. Hopefully the owners learn from this season and improve on what they've started.

The place has been let go a lot, but there are new owners now and they started cleaning the place up. If their trend continues, I will give a better rating next year. Their seasonal rates are good, their daily rates are quite high. The water park is amazing for kids. They need to improve the land park to make this place a great family campground.

Also to note... the rest rooms were very clean. It shows that the place is very well kept. We will be back to camp for sure!

The kids and our extended family all enjoy the water park, and the park is quiet enough we feel safe with our children there. Seasonal sites we feel are reasonably priced. We hope to enjoy the park for years to come with our family.

For years we camped all over the province but settled here, it was the best choice. Amazing events happening all the time, the water park and the natural landscape are all what makes it great, however it is the true sense of family within the community that makes it a top spot for us!

There was no hot water The, and on our second day we were told that it had been fixed but when we tried to use the showers (twice) we ran out of hot water in less that 5 minutes both times. The bathrooms were VERY unsanitary, the toilet paper provided was moldy. When we tried to purchase ice and fire wood on our second day the office staff had left for the day (at 2pm) and the "will return at" sign said they would be back at 9am the next day. We had to call one of the numbers listed to get someone to return, were told that she had left due to a family emergency but there was no note stating that. There are signs posted that life jackets are to be rented for use of the inflatables but there are no life jackets available to rent. We were not advised to being our own. The signs also state that we were supposed to sign a waiver but none were provided. Apparently the new owners have only been in possession about a month but we were so unimpressed that we will not be returning.
