All our landscaping projects, for 20 years, have been entrusted to Ô Naturel (landscaper). When we are owners, we consume various services; we demand competence and honesty. This is what characterizes Ô Naturel.
Mr. Gratton, President, is original. He leaves nothing to chance, he forgets nothing. The follow-ups of Ms. Richer, general manager, are punctual and rigorous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons fait venir Ô Naturel pour discuter de notre projet d'aménagement paysager à la fin octobre 2019. Lors de ma première conversation téléphonique avec Mme Richer, elle m'a rapidement demandé si je faisais faire plusieurs estimés et qui étaient les autres entreprises. J'ai tout de suite trouvé que cela manquait de professionnalisme. Elle m'a aussi indiqué que la première visite et le dessin technique coûterait 250$. M. Gratton s'est présenté chez nous le 30 octobre. Nous avons eu un excellent échange: il a pris des photos, il s'est renseigné sur notre budget, nos goûts et notre préférence de date pour l'exécution des travaux. Il m'a aussi demandé, comme sa conjointe, qui étaient les autres entreprises. Détail que je n'ai pas divulgué. À son départ, il m'a demandé de lui remettre le chèque de 250$. Le chèque a été encaissé le 1 nov 2019 mais le 21 décembre je n'avais toujours pas de nouvelle d'Ô Naturel. Je leur ai donc envoyé un courriel pour savoir qu'est-ce qui se passait. M. Richer m'a répondu qu'ils avaient été très occupés avec leurs chantiers et qu'ils me reviendraient sous peu. J'ai dû attendre jusqu'à la fin janvier 2020 pour recevoir un appel de M. Gratton. Il m'a indiqué que ses disponibilités pour le printemps étaient comblés et m'a demandé si je voulais toujours un estimé sachant qu'il ne pourrait pas exécuter nos travaux aux dates souhaitées. J'ai très vite compris qu'il ne s'était pas encore penché sur notre projet. Je lui ai donc dit de laisser faire car leur délais étaient inacceptables. Il m'a remboursé le 250$.
We brought Ô Naturel to discuss our landscaping project at the end of October 2019. During my first telephone conversation with Ms. Richer, she quickly asked me if I had several estimates and who were the other companies. I immediately found that it lacked professionalism. She also told me that the first visit and the technical drawing would cost $ 250. Mr. Gratton came to our house on October 30. We had an excellent exchange: he took photos, he inquired about our budget, our tastes and our preference of date for the execution of the works. He also asked me, like his wife, who the other companies were. Detail that I did not disclose. When he left, he asked me to give him the check for $ 250. The check was cashed on Nov 1, 2019 but on December 21 I still had no news from Ô Naturel. So I emailed them to find out what was going on. Mr. Richer replied that they had been very busy with their construction sites and that they would come back to me shortly. I had to wait until the end of January 2020 to receive a call from Mr. Gratton. He told me that his availability for spring was full and asked me if I still wanted an estimate knowing that he could not perform our work on the dates desired. I quickly understood that he had not yet looked into our project. So I told him to let go because their delays were unacceptable. He reimbursed me the $ 250.

J'ai une maison en rangée et je me demandais s'ils s'occupaient des petits espaces. Pas de problème! Chantal est venue, elle a pris en considération mes demandes, elle m'a donné un prix qui rentrait dans mes prévisions et les travaux ont été réalisés rapidement par une employée tout à fait charmante. Je suis très satisfaite du résultat.
No project is too big or too small for Ô Naturel.
I have a townhouse and I was wondering if they were taking care of the small spaces. No problem! Chantal came, she took my requests into consideration, she gave me a price that was within my expectations and the work was done quickly by a very charming employee. I am very satisfied with the result.

Cependant, le montant de 250$ demandé pour une première consultation me semble exagéré et un peu nébuleux. Au téléphone, on m’a bien avisé que cette consultation s’accompagne de la production d’un plan et c’est pourquoi on exigeait 250$.
Mais, je comprends plutôt que je doive payer un 250$ pour une estimation et un croquis rudimentaire, croquis qui ne nous a pas été remis. Je comprends qu’il puisse y avoir des frais associés au déplacement et au temps, et pour les conseils donnés mais cela me semble un peu exagéré. Je suis un peu mitigée.
I really appreciated the meeting with M.Gratton who took the time to listen to us and shared project ideas with us. However, the amount of $ 250 requested for a first consultation seems exaggerated and a little nebulous. On the phone, I was advised that this consultation was accompanied by the production of a plan and that is why we demanded $ 250.
But, I rather understand that I have to pay a $ 250 for an estimate and a rudimentary sketch, a sketch that was not given to us. I understand that there may be costs associated with travel and time, and for the advice given, but that seems a bit exaggerated. I'm a little mixed.
