β β β β β First of all, I'd like to say I'm a regular customer. I come to Olake once or twice a week and I usually get good friendly service, However today I did not. My matcha milk tea (which I order frequently) was made incorrectly, it was very weak tasting. I told the worker about this but she argued that it was made correctly, and wouldnβt remake it or refund me. Iβve never seen this worker before, but she seemed very new and untrained, she also didnβt offer me any change for my cash payment. There was also another worker there but he didnβt seem to be helping her much, as he went on 2 smoke breaks during our 20minutes there.
I hope the owners see this and help train these new employees better.
