Even with the additional number of emergency cases that came into the office while I was there, the staff continued to administer excellent customer service. Dr. O'Keefe was very informative and helpful as always. Big kodoos to this amazing clinic.

Why?
B/C I paid Dr. O'keeffe $3840.00 EXTRA for lense implant surgery when he removed my cataracts which the Canadian Medicare Plan pays the Dr. for.
Instead of the 20/20 vision he promised I ended up with eye soreness, eye irritation, double and blurred vision in both eyes. Plus, it will cost me over a thousand dollars to get glasses to fix the doctor's botched job in both eyes.
All I am asking for is a full refund of the EXTRA $3840.00 I paid him for the implants.
His arrogant, condescending and shouting response was, "I am not giving you a full refund and get out of my place of business now or I will call the police to come and remove you!"
Am I wrong for expecting a full refund for a totally botched up job or is this guy some kind of snake oil salesman?
