 I went to Nxt Generation for positioning on my bike and Daphné Bilodeau's service was up to my expectations. Daphne followed up the following month to make sure everything was OK after the adjustments made to my bike.
I recommend all cyclists who experience discomfort while cycling to make an appointment and consult Daphné. 10/10

Very good experience. Pascal clearly identified the source of my problems and suggested exercises that helped my recovery. But, as is always the case in physiotherapy, a good part of the work also falls to the patient;).

Les exercices qu'elle m'a donnĂ© sont trĂšs simples et surtout rapides Ă faire. Maintenant, au moindre petit bobo, je ne tarde plus avant de prendre rendez-vous. Pourquoi Ă©tirer notre douleur quand on peut la rĂ©gler ultra vite. J'adore! En plus, elle est toujours ponctuelle et ultra professionnelle.

â â â â â Pascal helped me reach my goal of full recovery in the exact time-line he had given me from the first appointment.
He assessed my problem and targeted the entire muscular system in question which essentially gave me back the ability of movement. My body is now more in tune and I fully got rid of my bad habits of slouching and the dreadful forward head posture. I went from heavily taking pain medication for my neck pain to building resistance to pain as well as alleviating any trigger points.
Pascal can tell you exactly what the others got wrong. He can help you reset your mind for successful recovery and prepare you to step into a community of strong bodies. I highly recommend a first visit.
