I waited until 5:00 p.m. and when I didn't receive a call, I contacted the office and asked if I could expect anyone at my home today. I was told that the crews were busy and that she didn't make any promises. I inquired about their availability tomorrow and was told that she would see what she could do. Totally lacking in courtesy and professionalism. A huge disappointment.
