It's not always as easy to be sure about how you will align with a Life Coach (and/or Yoga Teacher, Wellness Coach, Change-maker, etc.), but you know with this authentic soul. Her awareness and approach in guiding clients along on their path of change or healing is backed by not only experience and empathy, but in the strong will required to truly evoke lasting change in someone.
