★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Not only do they not know how to speak to customers, but they do not own up to their mistakes. They have a "I am better than you and you know nothing about hairstyles" kinda attitude. They have confirmed themselves that they are only a teaching school and shouldn't be even cutting hair for customers (but they still do it). Lack interpersonal skills to the point where there is no sign of intelligence in their rebuttal. Please save yourselves the headache and find some other decent place to get a haircut/ style done. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THEM AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called for pricing & spoke with Jaz. I asked how much for a mani + Pedi & was told $20.00 for mani & $25.00 for pedi. I asked her why they are the same price as nail salons if they are a school & the manis & pedis are being done by students. Jaz became a bit offensive & asked me why I was asking that. I told her I just thought I would get a a better deal from your school but you charge salon prices. I said when I go to a regular nail salon I pay $45.00 for a mani + pedi. So why are you fees so high for student work. And she said they are qualified students & I said "no thank you I'd rather go to a regular salon for what you charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to go here for eyebrow threading! They always did a good job but it was never consistent on how they made my shape look; usually someone different would do them everytime. But my brows always cleaned well!
Had a pedicure done once; would not go back for that again. The lady was very nice but they just looked so bad.
It's a big space. I've never gone for anything hair related and probably wouldn't give it a try honestly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice people cheap prices, dramatic environment.
It took the lady two hours to do my arms and legs (with help). Obviously, I thought she must be training. When I asked her to share where she is studying and if she is training, the lady next to her responded, “ She is the new daughter-in-law of the owner’s family”, implying she could not be seen as someone who doesn't know what she is doing.
Umm yeah okay, you can still be training and there is no shame in it.

Thank you so much for providing family environment and being supportive always!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for nose piercing and I told her whether the gun shot is sterilized she said she cleaned but within 4 days of nose piecing I got infected .when I asked her she is talking so mean..I advise strongly don’t go ..such unprofessional lady saying she knows everything ..please don’t go to her and planning to raise a complaint
