★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a frozen field last year - they came out to help with emergency tank drains and gave me the best deal (by a long shot) for a new field/tank system. I haven't replaced it yet but will definitely use them to install the system. This year - same thing - frozen field. I called them and they were able to come and take care of it last minute. I agree 100% with the other posts - very honest people - not many businesses like this today.

He is super fast and super helpful and just a genuine nice guy who is not out to milk you for all you're worth (we've had a few bad experiences of that kind). He will go above and beyond and give of his own free time to help you with any issues that you may have. Honestly, if you are looking for Septic tank services in Sherwood Park / Strathcona County, look no further. You can't go wrong with Mike ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got 3 separate quotes for a new septic system from companies in the area as this is a huge cost. NSD was very competitive with pricing and obviously very well versed in the work, which made our choice obvious to us! Every person that we came across was professional and knowledgeable! We are extremely pleased with our water line installation and our new septic system! (They also came out to replace a pump shortly after we moved in to our new home, with the suggestion of getting an inspection in the spring as there was red flags that concerned them with the system that was currently there. Glad we listened and avoided the extra costs that would have come with a completely failed system!) We have now used this company on 3 separate occasions and will definitely use in the future. The work and clean up was all done very thoroughly and we were never without our water or sewer for long enough to even notice as they were time effective where it really counted. Thanks again NSD, we appreciate the work you did!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The weather wasn’t cooperating when we planned our septic system install so they did it while we were on vacation. They went above and beyond to clean up the work site and did a great job. We were very satisfied with their service. Very friendly and easy to work with. It’s been a couple years and we’ve had no problems at all.
