Nicole and her coaches have helped me immensely in my goals. I’m currently down 41lbs in 5 months and I’m happier than ever. Nicole takes the time to talk to me when I need support and encourages me along the way! I’m so excited for more time with her and I cannot say better things about her programs!

I started my weight loss journey joining The Strong Studio Top Dropper 3.0. Little did I know that I would also become apart of the Nourish Health and Wellness family! No matter how much I was working out for years on and off and I was not losing the weight. I had no idea how to fuel my body. I had no idea how to heal my gut and I had no idea how to lower my stress levels so that my body would let go of that fat. I was a mess!!! Once I committed to the meal plan with exercise and focus on my mental health - I have lost over 30 pounds in a few month. The fat is melting off me because for the first time I am putting the right foods together - and the right portions. I actually eat a lot more than I did when I was over 200 pounds. I don’t know what bloating feels like anymore because with the right foods I am healing gut problems. Nourish Health and Wellness is more than just a meal plan. The coaches go over and above to help you with nutrition, mental health, stress, sleeping habits. You name it - they help. The coaches also teach you the science behind it all so you understand what’s going on with your body and your hormones. My panic attacks and anxiety has decreased tremendously. That is a biggest blessing! I was so blessed to work one on one with Nicole. Brings out the happy tears in me how encouraging you are. How knowledgeable you are! How much you want to help people not only lose weight.. but help them strengthen their bodies, mind and spirit! It’s the whole package!!! I love that! I TRUSTED THE PROCESS!! This is the MAGIC ‘pill’ I have been searching for my entire life! I am also so thankful for the accountability that I so desperately needed in my life. I am thankful for the whole Nourish Family.

I’ve been working side by side with Nicole for over 2 years now. She has helped me immensely in my wellness journey by helping me lose 30lbs during the pandemic. I've been with Nourish since Jan 2022. Coach Nicole is great.... she truly cares about her clients... she doesn't just give you a meal plan and workouts and bye.... you can message her at any time for help, questions, support. She goes above and beyond to reach your goals. She is very knowledgeable in holistic nutrition and training. Since joining, I've lost 32 lbs and 31 inches...but I've gained confidence, and my mental health is tip top! I strongly recommend Nourish to anyone... Nicole and her team are the best!!!
