I saw all the ads on Facebook and honestly thought it was too good to be true. Then a friend of mine went, and was very pleased with the service that she received. I booked my first appointment and future appointments for my two children. My appointment was first and I had a wonderful hygienist named Amanda. I was very pleased with her work and the overall appointment. The dentist Dr. Emily was in and out fairly quickly but very efficient. After bringing both of my children in for their appointment, I was very pleased to have had Amanda for a second time. Amanda took the time to help my daughter understand what was happening currently and what would be happening next. I appreciate the time that she took to ensure that it would be a good experience. Which it was. I look forward to my next visit and hope that the experience I had continues. The front desk staff are all friendly and willing to help each other out when needed. It's really great to see people working so well together. My overall experience was excellent! And the free stuff was definitely a super bonus!!!
A	Avril Vidito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let’s just take a minute and imagine going to the dentist and feeling like you’ve visited the spa. That is what Norwood Dental has accomplished at their office. Things I loved: waiting room has a word search on the wall (awesome!), fish in a giant aquarium lazily swimming around (so calming), comfy leather furniture (so relaxing) and happy, friendly and informative front desk staff. They take the time to ensure your visit is as comfortable for you as possible by giving you a comfort menu. 360 X-ray is done standing which is a million times more comfortable then how I’ve had them done in the past. There was a welcome screen with my name on it in the exam room. Massaging chair. Lip balm between treatments. My hygienist was the perfect amount of chatty. The Doctor took actually time to review X-rays with me and answered my questions, she was engaged. After everything was done I got to shop (for free) in the care unit. They have everything from nail files, pop sockets, all the flavours of dental floss and lip balm, and a super cute bag to put it all in! I am absolutely blown away by the care and attention to details they all did to make my visit as wonderful as possible. I am in love with this place!!!

I have braces and had to have some extractions Dr. Chin extract them effortlessly and are healing well. Will definitely recommend this practice! Wonderful people work here❤️❤️

I called Thursday night about an appointment and they were able to get me in first thing the next day! When I got there they were very friendly! The service all around was great. The dentist, hygienist and receptionist were all very and made me feel super comfortable. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone, but especially anyone who has anxiety about going to the dentist!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and put me at ease despite how high strung I was feeling. I've never been in a dental practice that felt so supportive / non-judgemental. I was here for an emergency appointment but I'll definitely be making this my regular dental office and be back for my routine dental care. 11/10. (They also have good tea ?)

Also provided very useful and detailed information on the “how” and “why” of dental care, which has empowered me to improve my dental health. Plus very understanding about an extended time gap between appointments - did not make me feel guilty, which I had been dreading! Can’t recommend highly enough.

I have seen staff treat struggling people with sincere respect, and their generosity to their clients is so much fun and sincerely appreciated. From the services they provide, to little goodies they offer, every derail is thoughtful and considerate. It doesn't hurt they're blocks from my house, but if I ever move, I still wouldn't switch.
E	Ette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiancé & I just had our first experiences at Norwood Dental and it was SO worth the drive!!!! ♥ We were both shocked by how inviting and comforting it feels, and how insanely nice ALL the staff seem. They have a whole "comfort menu" (!!) of options like blankets, massaging chairs, and hot towels to make patients feel more comfortable. Being able to have your choice of Netflix shows to watch really helps the time go by. The front & bathroom are all full of TONS of free things to give their clients. We had both waited years since our last dentist appts (due to a lot of less than positive previous experiences) and had a completely opposite experience here, in the best way! We will be clients for years & years to come. ♥ Thank you so much!!
