Nice place to settle in.

Old disgusting and smelly. Unsanitary as well, there were bugs by the window and a lot of dust. Don't move here.

This place very comfortable we like

Stayed with Edison for almost 3 years. Great place to live. Anita (caretaker) is always friendly and helpful. Building is well maintained and clean.

The only problem I have is all the false advertising done in the amenities.. the pool has been under construction for over a year.. and they advertise it like it’s brand new freshly opened.. I pay rent never midded a payments !! Maybe lower everybody’s rent until you fix the pool so ppl can get the stuff they pay for monthly!! And the gym is the cheapest oldest thing I’ve ever seen in terms of a training centre!! They have no bars no clamps half the thing doesn’t work!! This is false advertising.. at lease mention pool under construction for Christ sake!! I wouldn’t recommend this building for anyone ??

We have been living in this building for 5 years, we saw the management of 4 managers. The building is not new but, we never complained about it, before Brenda came the management was polite. But I met such a disgusting attitude towards tenants only with Brenda. She is rude, ignores tensnts issue, threatens with problems, attracting her husband to conflicts with tenants. We tried to adoid contact her as long as possible, but this yer we can't. Edison properties started dismantling the balconies in our building we were notified to free the balconies of any stuff we had on it. The bicycles, tires, barbecues, chairs and clothes dryers are in our suite now. The builders boarded up our door and covered us up in scaffolding witch was later covered in a green mesh. Several construction workers start working every day from 7 in the morning till 5pm with a sound of an electric saw, welding and concrete hammers. These are the sounds of a professional construction site, with powerful equipment. From such sounds, headaches begin in 15 minutes, the pressure rises, the heart begins to pound madly. Everything is complicated by the fact that we are all in conditions of Covid restrictions and children must study remotely from home. But this is unreal. Children feel bad, headaches, poor night sleep, tired during the day, nervous. When I asked our manager to accept the complaint and provide a working room with the Internet for the duration of the renovation, the manager (Brenda) screamed "get out from my office", called her husband and the police. It is impossible to change the place of residence, the manager said that we are bound by a contract for another three months. We live with children in the epicenter of a construction site, with a boarded up door under a green mesh, and an apartment that now looks like a storage, we pay full rent payment for it and we get back a rude attitude. I have tears from impatence. This is some kind of modern slavery. I don't even know how to evaluate this experience, it is absolutely negative, unfortunately there is no such assessment here.

do not come here the place is under new managment and they are doing loud renovations of peoples balconies without asking them the new manager declines compaint letters about the situation and the furnature that comes with the appartments is wooden and outdated didnt mentuon our house flooded yesterday due to our neighbors! rent is high and the place is falsely advertived. overall rating? 0
