We were looking for a summer place on southern Lake of the Woods, and after searching the internet for a while it became clear that Northwoods Realty has the most familiarity and expertise in that area. A preliminary email inquiry to Bruce was followed up within hours. He answered all our questions (and there were a lot!), and for those he didn’t have the answer to he found out. His help went well beyond just real estate matters, helping us learn about the area, finding access to services, questions about cottage living, etc. His responses were very quick and always helpful. He guided us through the whole processes and eventually the purchase. His service is fast, knowledgeable, and courteous, and his honest and gentleman’s demeanour made him an absolute pleasure to work with. A great experience that ended with a new place to spend summer.working
