★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went counselling here before when I was younger was great. This review is based off of my last experience. I got approved to go to 12 sessions I believe or 10. Went to one session. Than after I booked the next one all went well. Til I got a call day before my appointment, I just found out my auntie passed away and asked to reschedule. So I got a new appointment in place. After the weekend and I was on my way to funeral service the counsellor called me herself and said I have to pay fee because I didn't give 24 hour notice. I told her I rescheduled day before with receptionist. But, she said that still wasn't 24 hour notice. I told her about the passing and she just proceeded to say I must pay a fee to continue services. So I haven't went back since...
