★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More of a walking trail/shortcut from Coal Tyee School to Northfield Esso then a park at all. However convenient and a nice trail sandwiched between the marsh and peoples backyards. Other side of the marsh which is undeveloped and not technically apart of the park has bike/dirtbike trails and spiderwebs of trails on the vacant land
