★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOTE: Customer (NOT staff or owner) review. My shingles were professionally replaced in 2011 by a contractor who passed away 2013. My 2 storey home developed 2 leaking areas. Tue Aug 17, 2021 Northern said they'd book me in next wk. Thur Oct 7 showed up 10am-noon. Paid $1,784.73 (greater than my mthly senior pension income). Next rain, Sat&Sun Oct 16/17, both repairs leaking. Mon Oct 18 Stephano said he'll try to send someone. Fri Oct 22 Ryan Hewett & Brad Mahoney came & looked @ water in pails - said they'd be back with a ladder to check on roof. That's the last I saw or heard from them. Last wk I had an opportunity to go up onto my roof & took photos of their "repairs". "Satisfaction Guaranteed" - they should be ashamed!!!
