★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great people. Potentially interesting work. Quite well organized work conditions. Very tight spaces. It didn't work out for me as I was let go exactly on my third month with no clear explanation. The boss was unable to give me feedback on the reason. I asked a couple times about my productivity, performance, ability, quality, attitude, etc. None were the reason.
I rate two stars because I left a job to work here and was led to believe that I would be a CNC programmer. I was put into production operating machines, still very close to my desired wage. I suspect I was employed as a backup plan for an existing programmer that may have been on the fence. Whatever happened, I am now unemployed.
Speaking to other employees, apparently I was not the first.
