I switched over to the AFG because I didn’t feel I was getting the best rate on my current car insurance, nor did I feel my questions/issues were a priority. AFG provided me with a lower rate that I am satisfied with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've seen this company give clients certificates of insurance with changes that the client has asked for without actually having the policy changed. The certificate of insurance is on Algoma Insurance Brokers letterhead then the actual policy from the insurance company is received and key information is different (wrong) compared to the certificate of insurance issued by Algoma Insurance Brokers.
Just be aware that they might give you false information/documents and not get your actual policy changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke with a rep. Asked few questions in regards to an insurance policy. She was very cold and indiffetent. Although she did answer quickly my questuons, she did not help me with my problem or offer proper counsel. Not dealing with them again unfortunately.

Sent the information in but got no follow up. Called back for a snowmobile insurance policy, seemed to not be Interested in selling a stand alone policy.
Understood that it was going to be a high risk insurance , was ok with that.
Basically seems like Kelsey didn't want to deal with either quote. I don't recommend to anyone for anything.
