S	Saul Spearing on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with Northern Escapes was exceptional. If I could give 6 stars I would easily give them 7. The new lodge is beautiful, secluded and very well outfitted. Service was great and the food was beyond excellent. Our pilot and guide were rock solid and client well being was always at the top of mind. Our guide was experienced, friendly, calm and knew the territory very well. His attention to detail and safety allowed us to really enjoy our time skiing without having to constantly think about those tough decisions that must be made in the mountains. Our timing was perfect with heaps of fresh snow. On the day when weather (snowing like crazy) forced the helicopter to stay grounded, we took to the snow cat and surprisingly had some of our most fun skiing in the acres and acres of trees. Good times. It seems a reviewer needs to point out a negative or a deficiency to let others know the review is real so here is my one comment: more hooks at the hot tub. Just kidding John. I know they`re on the way. ;-)

Our guides John and Gavin were exceptional in making our time in the snow the best it could possibly be. When the weather wasn’t good enough to fly they took us up in the cat and rocked out with us to amazing music every lap up. We skied untracked pow every lap that was DEEP!!! Then the crew at the lodge could not have offered us better service, making sure everything was taken care of. The food was amazing, the drinks were amazing, the conversation was amazing. Best heli ski trip experience I could have ever imagined for myself! Thank you John, Gavin, Kyle, Sammy, Matt, Nate, Brady and Mark you guys are frikken awesome!!
g	guillaume tessier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the chance to spend 5 days at NEH. OMG, it's so epic. The new lodge is so baller. The staff is amazing. The guiding was the best you can get in Northern BC. Yvan and Gavin did a spectacular job. The terrain is so impressive. i have been heli skiing around the world for the past 25 years. Its hard to match the quality of the terrain. On the coast and up north. I believe its one if not the best place in the wolrd to ski. Having the snowcat at disposal makes it a no brainer if you cant fly. i highly recommend it. trip of a life time. i'm going back next year for sure.
M	Mitch Rutherford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible experience from the pick up at the airport, to the cat ride up to the lodge, and a phenomenal meet and greet from John and his incredibly friendly staff. The whole stay was better than expected, even with weather not on our side! Over 124 cm of new snow in 24 hours was something i never thought i’d complain about (haha). Extra special props to Ben our guide, Kyle in the kitchen, Mark on the collective in the helicopter. These staff all went over and above to make our stay extra special. Always smiling and always ready to serve and go the extra mile. It’s definitely DEEPER up here and the terrain selection is ultimate and endless. Came here for the skiing leaving talking about the food.
J	Janelle Yip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable terrain up at Northern Escape. Everything from steep glades to wide expansive alpine bowls and runs this place had us covered. Incredible guiding led us to ski amazing snow in any condition and kind, attentive and comfortable service when you wanted to kick your feet back after a day. Every staff member was one of a kind and everyone's got a smile on (underneath their mask of course). The food was unreal and used local indigenous ingredients supporting the community in the area paired with passionate chefs and a marvelous wine selection. If you've stumbled upon NEH as your next heli skiing trip, look no further.

The guides Jon, Troy, and Benny did a fantastic job and it was great to ski with and learn from them, their knowledge in guiding is unparalleled. The helicopter pilot, Mark, is highly skilled and very friendly as well. The lodge was modern and cozy with excellent food and a friendly staff. I highly recommend using Northern Escape, truly some of the best skiing I have done and I look forward to returning in the future.

Our guides - Gavin and Troy were truly exceptional in every respect and made the week over the top enjoyable. Our pilot, Mark, was also exceptional. The terrain was incredible and our guides & pilot team did everything possible to ensure we accessed the best terrain on each day. The new lodge is gorgeous and it is very evident that the planning and management team obsess over the details. Food was amazing. Every day we returned to the lodge with huge grins and were immediately greeted with a roaring fireplace, amazing aromas from the kitchen, and a smiling bar tender. Morning stretch/yoga session and massage therapist made it even more special. Cannot recommend highly enough. Will definitely be back and will strongly recommend to everyone in our network. The small group experience is also a huge differentiator.
