She is very nice , helpfull. I didn't even have a printer and Lucy took care of it for me.That wasn't her responsibility but she helped me. I was very worried that l did not know how can l fill application forms because my English is not very good. Thank God l met Lucy ? She told e everything that l need clearly.Thanks to Lucy and NYC H!!!???
