North Ridge Development Corporation - Saskatoon

We are currently getting several small items looked after as our one-year mark since occupancy was reached June 1st and I’m looking back on this 1-year adventure with much pleasure and total satisfaction. I’d like you to know that from the very first day I met with Steve Little at the Terramont Show Home, then continuing with the equally amazing David Leatherdale, onward to this day, this has been a beyond amazing experience. I cannot sing high enough praises of the North Ridge team.

David Leatherdale inherited us and took beyond exquisitely perfect care of us and any and every need that we needed addressed. Polite, patient, helpful, informative,  SUCH a gentleman, thorough, accommodating, he made planning our new home and learning how to operate its various features, a dream. Definitely a “keeper”.  Each time I drive past the show home I check to see if he’s there to wave to him and perhaps chat with him. I cannot say enough good things about him.

Several glitches showed up in the first several months and later and much to our relief, Brenda at Customer Care attended to each need promptly and pleasantly; her cheery, friendly, professional,  prompt responses to all that we brought forward to her made our experience in (so unexpectedly) moving to a brand new lovely home SO easy! Brenda is a treasure, a blessing to your organization. Also a “keeper”. Tyler Pickering was SO very helpful in the early stages of this new-home adventure, as was/is Jorge and as were others whose names I do not remember. “Keepers”, also. Murray and Jerry, always so patiently accommodating, so totally knowledgeable and professional, taught us how to look after various tasks in the house and made having minor repairs taken care of painless. Again, team members to be treasured.

Paul and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our new home! The layout of the house is perfect for us. The workmanship is flawless, the rooms are spacious, the closets huge, the floor-to-ceiling windows amazing, the pantry a dream, the cabinetry and flooring exactly suiting our taste, the bathrooms (especially the walk-in shower in the master bedroom) SO convenient, the walkout basement beyond our wildest dreams, the utility room large enough to accommodate much storage and even my treadmill, the basement patio a lovely outdoor space, lots of room at the front of the house and main floor deck and walkout level for my beloved planters, sweet little lawn and lovely shrubs in the front yard, amazing amazing amazing views from the main floor deck and walkout patio of the sky and common courtyard with its lovely landscaping and the detailed maintenance of the lawns and landscaping, a good-sized garage, even the curvy little road which leads to our home, are all giving us SO much pleasure.

I’m sure I’ve missed mentioning other things we love about our new home and for sure, mentioning names of other members of the North Ridge team who have made transitioning to our new home a pleasure. Please know that all of you have made a potentially stressful process one that I’ll look back upon as actually a truly good experience. I would never consider committing to any builder other than North Ridge and I sing your praises to anyone who is considering acquiring a new home. Thank you, all!!!
