★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been reading the reviews and see that I am not alone in my frustration with the "care" offered at this clinic. I have had a brief discussion with Northern Health Group representatives, who suggest asking to speak to the manager, (lol) of the clinic... Not sure how to make that happen when you can't get past the receptionist if you do manage to get to speak to her. Although they (Northern Health) did tell me you can get results of lab tests online so for those of us forced into self diagnosis and the enlightening experience of self determined treatment options from the plethora online, there's that. Perhaps we could start an Facebook group with a doctor or two to employ a public forum in the forelorn hope of improvement for people who need better healthcare. After all we all pay into it equally, shouldn't we have equal access to proper care?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They refuse Indian Status for health coverage and instead suggest you to pay out of pocket and seek reimbursement yourself. Feels discriminatory to me especially given Canada is so big on "reconciliation" I'll just keep holding my breath till that happens. Welcome to Treaty 08.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time visiting the clinic. Staff was super friendly. It might have been a slow morning time, but I was in and out in 15 minutes. Dr was very nice and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very rude people on phone with zero empathy towards people calling for help. They should properly train these people on phone to respect the individual calling cause they need medical help, they are already sick. Or ask them to leave if they dont enjoy their job!!!
It takes nothing to be kind and assist people.

Dear People of the city of Fort St John,
I see that this clinic is targeted because of the ethic group the physicians belong too, the majority of people here should realize that Canada is multicultural and we should respect this, it is not for specific ethnic group, the standards for most of the people here when they review a physician if the physician is from same ethnic group wonderful, .the physician I am sure would be complement and lucky to be from the same ethnic group so expectations are met, if the another physician is not from the same ethnic group and competent unforunetllay bad reviews will be said, the city is known for the greatest rate of physicians not staying in it, I am sure this is wave is coming soon and the reason is what is mentioned above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called a walk in clinic but doesn’t actually take walk ins. Not only this but reception was condescending and rude. Worst clinic I’ve ever had an experience with. Also they have a sign posted on the door about taking same day appointments but that’s obviously false advertisement, this place is a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst place to get proper care, I had a doctors appointment booked for 445 and of course it’s by phone. I waited till 5, if they can’t accommodate their patients at a timely manner why am I paying taxes ? What a waste of good tax payers money on this useless practitioner. Also took me over an hour to get through on their phone lines. Safe yourself the Grief people Dawson creek is much better then this..
