Once the installation was complete Nick took the time to answer our questions and explain how to get the best efficiency out of our unit. Great job guys! I would recommend this company highly. Last but not least huge shout out to Chelsea in the office, you made this so easy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had mike and his team install me a heat pump 2 years ago .. He shook my hand said ducting was all good after the job but for days the new system didnt seem to work.. I went into crawlpace to find about 20 feet of rotten ducting all the heat just blowing in my crawl space .. Sent him pictures of all the rotten huge holes in the ducting that were missed . he offered no compensation at all . Then i had rats enter my freshly vapour barriered and insualted crawl space from the large hole they made in my vent and which left a nice hole for rats and mice to get into the crawl space and damage all my nice work ... Two years no compensation nothing from mike . Wont ever deal with this company again ..I always direct my friends and family elsewhere for getting heat pumps and such .. Chelsea i will add was great to deal with ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend! They offer true 24/7 emergency service (in fact the only ones to pick up the phone on a Sunday morning). The tech was friendly and made sure I understood the problem. Before he left, I had a quote for how much it would be to fix the unit. A few hours later, I made the decision to replace the unit and I had a full quote by that evening. Talking with the owner a few times and you can tell he is overall a great guy and won't try to upsell or take advantage of the situation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was 100% impressed with the prompt attendance and service received. My 4 year old furnace bit it during inclement weather and they came by within an hour of calling, immediately assessed the issue and determined the panel had failed. It took only a few days for the new panel to be couriered and they installed it the day it arrived. There was no mess involved and staff were professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. 10/10 service experience. Thanks North Island Mechanical!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid Mike and North Island Mechanical 9500.00 dollars for a new combi boiler on Sept 16. After a few visits back and then aggressive rude calls he basically left me high and dry with a non functioning system and told me it was not his problem
Had to hire a new contractor to repair deficiancies and get the system up and running properly. New Plumber installed proper venting up the chimney which Mike said wouldnt fit so I ended up with a 4 inch duct in my bedroom. Repaired exhaust that was pooling water and 16 ft of pipe held up with an old teflon tape spool. Installed proper chimney cap to support pipes. Changed out zone valve that I was charged for and was never installed ,mike said they changed the guts which was a lie. Repaired sagging water pipes that were hanging down below the joists. Power flushed the whole system. All works perfect now. Big thankyou to my new plumber and a big rant to Mike from North Island Mechanical for basically telling me to F off after spending ten grand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys got us our mini split installed within about 4 weeks when the other.companies we spoke to were quoting install 4-6 months down the road. The contractors were friendly, efficient, professional and on time. They clearly care about what they do and it shows. Super happy that we found them and would 200% recommend them without hesitation!
