★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place and the employees are amazing they do amazing work they helped me in the past and are still only a call away if I need them. When possible I donate what I can in order to help them provide the amazing services that they provide for the people in the community that are in need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many complications with my taxes, delaying things and causing stress. I understand their are volunteers, however in my opinion it cost me more in time and gas to go back and forth then it did to get the free service. I'm sure everyone has tried their best. Their was a huge misunderstanding. The thing is taxes are SO important and can affect people in an extremely negative way if it is not done properly and professionally.
Thank you all for volunteering your time. There is ALWAYS room to grow and learn regardless of the circumstances.

I hav struggled for several years with being in poverty and had a hard time finding anyy kind of help. North house was the first company that made me feel like a human instead of a number when it came to my situation. Thank you charles and thank you North house!!
