★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both Bob and I (Fay Jackson) went to this computer company for service when our computers both crashed within one day of each other. Bob's computer was repaired and he is thrilled with the faster speed. Unfortunately, my computer needed to be replaced but Juan was very helpful in getting me set up in very quick order. All my files were transferred and I received courteous, professional help with the new features. We highly recommend NBCS .

Whatever the issues are there is always a technician that resolve the problem in a timely manner. If you have any issues with email accounts then Cody is the Guy and he is extremely proficient at what he does.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every member of the team I interacted with was courteous and friendly. The diagnostic process was timely. When presented with solutions to my problem, I was not pressured into selecting the most costly option which in this case was a complete laptop replacement.
After choosing to have my mechanical hard drive upgraded to SSD, I have a lightning speed laptop that operates like new. I am very happy with the outcome. This is not the first interaction I've had with this local company and it will not be my last.

Fast and efficient service when you need somebody you can trust. I was contacted several times by them for a go ahead order before they did work I may not have wanted done. Good way to do business to keep customers in the loop. Nice company to deal with!

Dana was extremely patient and kind while signing my tower in both times. Both times I brought my tower in during the morning and it was ready for pick up the same day. I'd recommend these guys to anyone in town.
