★ ★ ★ ★ ★ want to visit downtown but we are seniors who are afraid of all the homeless people hanging around the area, we have been hassled and fingers pushed into us asking for money and cigarettes why doesn't the city send them back to where they came from quit giving them free food and shelter and clothes, they have it better than residents here, maybe the city should help the people from here first

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We parked in a handicapped zone rather than the commercial vehicle zone because of someone with a handicapped parking pass was in the commercial zone. Because it was our job to be there we had no choice but to park there. As we exit (20min max) there's the ticket guy writing us a ticket for 300$. We explain the situation and he replied with "I already wrote the ticket". Not a town I want to live in. Should have been a 50$ ticket max. The city should be working to make our lives better rather than work against us, especially when the meter system is causing more money than making.
