Recruiters explain the job roles very clearly and wave off your hesitation of working at new place. I will continue working with North American staffing as soon as I get my work permit.

N	Nerossan Arumugavadivel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was approached by the recruiter Jalpa Barot for a customer service position . she called me and told me to fabricate some experience for the job which I did not understand why as I possessed excellent customer service skills. Nonetheless due to professionalism and respect I took it upon myself to edit and revamp my resume. She said she would provide an email to send the resume to but she did not . I called back and asked her for the email which she gave. A day had gone by and I had not heard from her and got this email which stated that she had tried to call me but she could not get through. This email also came in all caps locked which I found to be unprofessional for a recruiting and job agency. So out of courtesy I had called her back and she asked me my name and was confused to who I was. After explaining the details she said oh yes I remember and asked me if I wanted to apply to an accounts receivable job in which I told her that I had no experience and she told me to fabricate experience for that job. I told her I was not interested in that job and was only interested in the customer service position where she told me again to change up some details on my resume and resend it to her email. After doing this I did not got any response back from her and she did not return my calls. I found this recruiting service to be very unprofessional and incompetent and can’t believe these are the people responsible in helping/aiding others get jobs.

Claiming that they will call back in 5 minutes, I called and they hung up the phone sending it straight to voice mail. You guys should know that without people coming to you guys you won't get paid! I don't need your job and God is watching you evil spirited people

Not only did she call me the wrong name, but she waited until 10 minutes before our interview to let me know she didn’t have my phone number for our call. I emailed her 4 days prior confirming that the time and date she proposed was okay. She never asked for my phone number, and I assumed since she had my email she was going to send me a confirmation calendar reminder like every other interviewer in the past has, but I never heard back from her. Then on the phone she proceeded to be extremely rude to me and talked down to me for not providing my phone number sooner and for wasting her time. She had a snotty attitude, and I would never want to work for a company she is promoting.
