The customer service from this place is second to none. Not only did they tow my car from the side of the highway in a quick fashion, but they also had someone come in way after hours so I could collect my stuff as I lived out of town. A+, would crash and call them again without a second though. Haha not really but you get the point.

Reasonably priced and reliable, friendly service. The staff will go out of their way to make sure that you are a satisfied customer. The owner loaned me his personal car to get around while my car was broken down and towed into their shop! I'm sure that people before me have had issues... that's normal with any company. I don't expect any service that works on my car to be cheap and fast - because cheap and fast means they're cutting corners and that usually means safety is compromised. When it comes to someone that's working on a vehicle that holds my family's life - I trust these guys to do the job right. I don't want cheap and fast when it comes to my family's safety... and you shouldn't either. Use these guys!

We were renting a uHaul from the attached office on a Saturday. No uHaul attendant but the two gentlemen at the Napa Auto Care got us the number to contact for the uHaul manager of the office AND came and pulled the uHaul out of the frozen parking spot, just to be helpful. We weren't even customers and these guys were the most helpful people of the day.

Check the photos!!!! Worst experience ever. The staff is very rude. They aren’t wearing their masks. Replying: What do you say about not wearing a mask? I just picked up a truck from another uhaul location and I paid with cash. Also I have videos of you holding your male private part and waving at us. I will be showing that videos to the court.

I wish I could give this company zero stars!!! Their driver, Steve (self proclaimed mechanic), showed up to tow my Camaro to Butlers because it had some electrical issues. He destroyed the plate covering for my shifter and also the mechanism inside for the shifter control. I am now left with a $700 bill for parts and labour to get this repaired. I contacted the company to let them know that there was damages that needed to be taken care of due to the negligence of the driver and they said they’d look into it. It’s been days since I’ve heard a response, so I decided to call them myself. I just got off the phone with Mike, the owner, who was extremely rude with me. He was trying to place all responsibility on me based on some lies that his driver told him. Moving further into the conversation which was hard to get a few words in edge wise, he then tried to place all responsibility on Butlers saying that he didn’t know what they did with it once it was dropped off. I’ll be taking him to court and getting my money back for this repair with ease. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! UPDATE**** Any reply that the owner has made is a complete lie. I’ve never tried to operate on my own vehicle. Not once. I’m not a mechanic and I’ve never pretended to be. If your driver was such a seasoned mechanic then why was he loosely googling ways to try and pop a shifter into neutral? Looking forward to seeing you in court ?

Flat tire on Hwy 17 on our way to Ottawa. Steve arrived right on time and got us quickly to Deep River for new tires. Friendly & professional, couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you!

Had 2 flat tires - Called North Algonquin and spoke to Mike who is the owner. Towed my vehicle to his shop where unfortunately tires had to be replaced. He dropped me off at my friends workplace so I can hitch a ride home. Picked vehicle up after the weekend. Mike and his staff were very friendly and helpful. 100% Recommend

My wife's vehicle broke down a few weeks before a planned drive from Ontario to Newfoundland, and she called NAT for a tow to a local repair shop. That local repair shop was unfortunately unable to service/repair the vehicle until after our departure date from Ontario, which was a similar situation across other shops due to it being the beginning of tire season. This was a major concern for us as travel plans had been made. The driver was sympathetic to our situation, friendly, and professional; he offered to tow it to their shop. He was confident that the NAT team would be able to look at it in the morning with an update by end of day. I asked them to fix whatever was necessary and ensure that it was safe and road-worthy. The following afternoon I received a call from Mike with fantastic news. They fit the job in their schedule as intended, made all necessary repairs, and Mike specifically addressed my concern of it being safe for my wife to drive. He gave me a detailed breakdown of the issue and repairs completed, reassured me that it was safe and reliable for the road for many kilometers to come. I personally found the cost pleasantly surprising for the high-level of service provided, work completed, customer care, and job duration (less than 24hrs). Mike was very genuine, clearly a good person and a dedicated customer service provider. A big thanks to the NAT team from my wife and I !!!
