He’s a nice guy to do business with and enjoyable to chat up. Even dropping off metal in his bin at the side of the road at 4:00 am is handy.

Great work. My generator would not start, Norm fixed it up and it starts and runs now. He installed a more intuitive fuel shutoff, and was cheaper than expected. Thanks very much for your excellent service!

Went to see about getting a lawn mower repaired on saturday at 6 pm. They closed at 12 but gate was partly open. I understand they need for personal space so was looking at hours of business when a young lady came to shut the gate. I asked if they had a card and she shut the gate and walked away. Then a lady inside the garage started yelling at me to leave she swore and cussed alot. I apologized for disturbing them only to be swore at again. Real professional business etiquette. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUISNESS NOR WILL I BE BACK

Norm has fixed my power washer and tuned up my lawn more a number of times. It's decent service, really good work and great value. Highly recommend for your engine repair and maintenance.

I made a deal on a snowmobile with Norm's son on Facebook marketplace. Drove 3 1/2 hrs one way to pick it up. When I arrived I was greeted by his son who seems like a nice young guy. Shortly after Norm came out of the house and said " I need another $100.00 for the hood". The hood was supposed to go with the snowmobile in the deal. I said, "Norm, I made the deal with your son last night, a deal is a deal". Norm was very rude to myself and his son while we tried to explain the agreement that we had come to the night prior. In the end I left without the snowmobile, however I was feeling bad for his son.

My experience at Norm's Small Engine Repair was disappointing to say the least. My family dropped off our lawn mower at Norm's Small Engine Repair and he had it for 4 weeks. When we got it back it ran once before the same problem occured again. We were supposed to return it and he would fix it again free of charge. When we returned it was 5:27 (3 minutes before closing time) We pulled into the end of the driveway and stepped out of the car. A woman yelled to us from the porch "We're closed!" This phrase was repeated multiple times over our attempts to have a real conversation with her. She kept screaming at us untill we left without being able to return our lawnmower. It takes us 30 minutes of driving to get to Norm's from our house and we went there and back twice for a total of 2 hours of driving. We also payed for the lawnmower to be fixed even though it wasn't, for a grand total of around $130 wasted. I will never go back to Norm's Small Engine Repair and I suggest you don't either.

I'm a 1st time customer of Norms. He had the job done ahead of time and at a reasonable price. He was recommended to me by 1. a good friend and 2. A neighbour friend. Pleasant, polite and easy to deal with. In the immortal words of Arney S. "I'll be back" Thank you Norm.

Tried to drop a few things off for repair but I was greeted by a very rude and abrasive woman from inside. I had not even said a word before she began barking at me. If you think you should be treated with respect as a customer then DO NOT GO HERE!
