Over priced for what they do with your child. Send your child home early constatly beacouse of suspisons of illness (Doctor said he was fine) Terible administration staff dont keep track of funds and previous staff member srealing funds! A few of the ECEs where good! But not worth the hassle thats involved.

Amazing staff!! The children are taken such good care of. The back yard is a fabulous play area. The new supervisor is very knowledgeable. The Board of Directors is also very helpful when you need someone to address concerns.

DO NOT SEND YOUR SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD HERE! Very disappointing treatment of my 6 year old special needs child. The daycare supervisor describes my child in such a disgusting manner, and even had the audacity to accuse a highly trained behaviour therapist, who was attempting to help them, of recommending isolation for my child for the rest of the summer. I pulled my child out of the centre’s summer program as soon as I knew this was happening. It was obvious to me at this point that my values and theirs were totally different. They refused to consistently use any of the strategies provided to them by my child’s team, saying it was too difficult, which essentially resulted in a big mess! My child is very happy, but is also non-verbal, so knowing when something is wrong isn’t always easy. The behaviours they were describing were out of character, and we weren’t experiencing them (especially not at that level) at home. This place brought out everything negative in my child. There was a lot of yelling by the staff, at the summer program. I even witnessed my child being left unattended down in the bleachers of the arena (with access to the outside doors, and the trucks or machinery stored inside the arena.) All of the staff members were upstairs with the other children, or on their cellphones. . They also charged me for full days, while only offering camp for my child for 2 hours at times, and having never reached a full 8-9 hour day. I would NEVER recommend this centre to any parent, let alone one who’s child may be a little different, or require a little more effort. It simply isn’t worth the heartache, and stress. Your child deserves better. This isn’t 1960! We do not keep children with autism isolated from their peers.

I cannot say enough great things about the summer camp that was put on by this centre. My son suffers from anxiety so I was nervous for him to start a new program (was at the daycare previous to this). The teachers and supervisors were nothing but supportive and helped teach him effective coping mechanisms that he will be able to use for many years to come. He had the best summer and we are so thankful for that. The programming was fantastic. I never seen the children bored. The field trips were top notch with so many memories made for the children. This centre is highly recommended.

We love NLP! The team is wonderful with our daughter (1yo). Beautiful, large, grassy play area. Healthy home-cooked meals and snacks. Gentle, loving and learning through play. They use an app to log things throughout the day and share photos. I had some trouble finding a place that felt like a safe space to me when going back to work. This daycare has eased my mind and we are happy to send our daughter there. Highly recommended! ?
