★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two years ago I phoned to ask a question for a friend, left a message and an email.. Never heard back from her. Couple weeks ago I phoned 3 times and left a voicemail and even an email, again, never heard back from her. I bought my wedding dress elsewhere, terrible service for a small town. It's really not hard replying back to an email, or picking up the phone and calling me back. Never will I recommend your shop. You pick and choose who you want to help, terrible terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware! Do not entrust this company with your wedding dress!! Spent 2 years waiting patiently for some uncomplicated alterations, given excuse after excuse & the complete run around, then when concerns were expressed because the wedding was coming up quickly, was told argumentatively that they would no longer be doing the alterations, they left the dress which was in 2 pieces outside to be picked up with only a short time before the wedding (thank goodness it wasn’t stolen or more damaged being left outside) No joke. Horrific experience. I would not wish this company on my worst enemy. Absolute nightmare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE EVER!! I had decided to put my dress on consignment with her store 3 years ago. A year later it had not sold. Not a big deal, our contract was up and so I requested to get my dress back. Numerous messages later over 2 YEARS she tells me now that my dress was sold 1 year ago. That's 1 year AFTER I requested to get my dress back!! Never trust this business!! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I expressed interest in buying my dress here and asked Joanne for a list of vendors. She told me she would send them the next day. A week goes by and no list, so I reach out again and no reply. Another week later I reached out yet again and never heard back. All the while I can see her posting on their Facebook page and replying to comments, etc. Horrible service
