★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Becca was lovely! I felt totally relaxed, and well-informed for my first time experience ever with lash extension science. I even had a short, refreshing nap during the process. Can't wait to show everyone my new look and to come back for my next visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here, it was BIG MISTAKE!!! No one answers, so I left a message but never call me back. I got there 10 min before my appointment and was waiting for almost half an hour, then my service started. Ended up I only got 60min service instead of 75 min full service time. I paid almost $100 and less service..... I was so upset with my experience. I never go back again. I normally go different one where do full set for two hours, same price and much better customer service. There's no bathroom in this salon, no blanket to cover during the service. I got travel pillow on my neck which was very uncomfortable.... It's not fancy salon at all. You better go different salon near by, don't waste your money here :(.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rebecca was amazing for my first lash experience. She helped me relax and not have a panic attack when I felt mild burning on my eyelids/in my eyes. It's weird and kinda scary not being able to open your eyes. She remained calm and reassuring. And they look so beautiful. 10/10 would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great first time experience with one of the lash techs in training. I would highly recommend Kara, she did an excellent job of walking me through the process of lash application and aftercare.
Throughout the whole thing, she was very reassuring and always made sure I was comfortable. It was my first time getting lash extensions and I found myself dozing off to sleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took me a while to post but I went there for quite some time for some big beautiful bold lashes. A couple people would do my lashes sadly I arrived one day someone asked me if I used a lot of makeup (she saw these white flakes) which was first of all really insulting because I only wore mascara on a daily basis and I wash my face daily. however there was more to the story. I went to another salon since Noir was closed to get a fill the lady there was so kind and told me the white flakes were not makeup build up but an eyelid infection which was caused by unsanitary tools...So long story short I removed my lashes and never went back, the lashes really damaged my natural lashes. Super disappointed would give a 0 if I could.
