★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vraiment pas fiable. J'ai pris une journée de congé pour être présent pendants les travaux mais il ne s'est jamais présenté. J'ai appeler au moins 15x mais toujours la boîte vocale. Éviter cette compagnie. Vraiment pas professionnel.
Really unreliable. I took a day off to be present during the work but he never showed up. I call at least 15x but still voicemail. Avoid this company. Really unprofessional.

Je l'ai rejoins le 10 septembre et il m'a dit qu'il s'était trompé et croyait qu'il devait venir le 16. Il m'a garanti qu'il serait présent le 16 septembre 2020 à 8h. Nous sommes maintenant le 16, il est passé 10h et il n'est toujours pas là. De plus, il est absolument impossible à rejoindre.
Mr. Noël was to come to my house on September 9, 2020. He did not introduce himself and did not call. I joined him on September 10th and he told me that he was wrong and believed he had to come on the 16th. He guaranteed me that he would be present on September 16th, 2020 at 8am. We are now on the 16th, it is past 10am and it is still not there. Moreover, it is absolutely impossible to reach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons été très satisfait du service offert par Patrick. Il a pu se libérer la journée même malgré le contexte actuel. Il a même devancé le rendez vous. De plus, même si un problème est survenu après son départ, il a accepté de revenir en fin d'après midi pour régler la situation.
We were very satisfied with the service provided by Patrick. He was able to free himself the same day despite the current context. He even anticipated the meeting. In addition, even if a problem arose after his departure, he agreed to come back in the late afternoon to resolve the situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left a message and got a call back in less than 10 minutes. Booked an appointment for an hour later. Verification of electrical problem was done in less than 45 minutes. As the issue was a problem with the Hydro hook up, they took care of everything including billing Hydro directly with no out of pocket expense for myself. Hydro showed up within the hour to correct the situation. Got a call later that afternoon to make sure that Hydro had passed and fixed the problem. They were very nice to work with. Would deal with again.
