★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service not helpful at all I would not recommend to anyone to go here. Workers at the counter or very rude if you have a plumbing emergency don't go here they move very slow they do not care about their customers. My Plumbing emergency was a fill valve for a broken toilet at a homeless shelter when I tried to explain that to the worker at the counter he said it wasn't his problem go around back I waited for 10 minutes and nobody showed. Great job Noble Trade you made the most grown-up people during the pandemic suffer thanks

I was greeted with friendly courtesy and met David Scott who was genuinely interested in helping me solve my problem. It wasn’t a mere answer that I needed but a series of correspondence and appropriate replacement parts that solved my problem and saved me an expensive plumber visit. I want to recommend this business and especially David Scott who is professional, knowledgeable, and approachable to customers. Excellent service!
