★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place usually deals with contractors.... but if you want professional help and service, this is the place. Huge inventory of even hard to get items... if you can describe it they will go and pick part from warehouse and bring it to you. No running around from aisle to aisle like a lost sheep. Prices are great and they accept Debit, Credit , cash and they are a Canadian Company !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We received a quote for material which was valid for 30 days. Paid what I thought was the total amount when I went to the store the FIRST time, and there were parts that weren't in yet which I had to return for. I return to the store the SECOND time on a different day to pick up said remaining parts where I was informed I had to PAY for them - despite having paid the full quoted amount already and having a picture of the quote on my phone - which was "not going to work because he needed the paper version". Needless to say I wasn't happy but paid the amount because I needed the parts that day. Returned to the store for a THIRD time two days later to get the refund for the products where I was told to come back because he was "too busy to deal with it right now". So now I have to return to the store a FOURTH time to hopefully receive a refund for products that I can prove with my quoted paperwork were already paid for. The customer service at my THIRD visit was terrible. After all the problems I have had I was quite insulted that he couldn't have taken a few minutes when I was in there because I had all the paperwork ready to show them. Would not recommend this place at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in there on a recommendation from Rona because I needed 2 adapters that went together to hook up my washer to the new taps. The guy I talked to basically did not have a clue as to what I wanted even after showing him the adapter I had. Went to Home Hardware explained my predicament and the guy there immediately knew my problem and went with me to the proper aisle and picked out the 2 different adapters I needed within 2 minutes and they work like a charm. Really disappointed, perhaps it was to simple of a problem and they could not be bothered.
