It was a great experience working with him and he was always responsive and by my side through out the journey. His negotiation skills is great and he helped me to get a mortgage similar to what I was paying on rent. Without him I would have never been a home owner so early and I will be working with him in future for sure.

Nishan & his team went above & behind to not only ensure we got a home, but got the one that was just for us! I have to say, I was skeptical & stressed at first, but after we meet with Nishan for the first time I felt a lot better about things! Again, we are both eternally grateful to Nishan for his tireless work to get us into our forever home!!! Also, we’d like to say a huge thank you to Chanpreet, he was fantastic with our schedule for all the showings!!
