★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They moved my fence to do their work, then put it back crooked, cracked and not level... it looked like the work of amateurs. I called to get them to come back and fix it. They said they’d come back. I got a day and time they said they’d be back, but surprise, they never showed up and to this day, months later, they haven’t even bothered calling to reschedule... extremely unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They came to replace water and sewer lines in my basement, the workmanship isn't the issue, the layer of concrete dust on every inch of my basement, electronics, furniture, concrete rubble is the issue. No dust abatement whatsoever. They didn't cover anything other than the stairs. They removed the screen on my basement window (why? I have no idea as its too small to even fit a child) and never replaced it allowing critters and bugs to enter at will for over a day until I returned home and noticed it. So not only do I pay to have water and sewer lines replaced but now I have to spend my weekend cleaning, when I could be enjoying my weekend.
