★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly suggest you keep accurate records of ALL the transactions you do with Nimbus Water in Regina. My complaints list is too long to mention but Linda is absolutely THE WORST person to deal with. Avoid her at all costs. They got 1 star for the taste of the water ... EVERY OTHER ASPECT OF THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been with them for 20 years. Service dropped off last year do to a workers neglect behind his job. Our basement flooded do to a repair they did on the mac relight canister heads. System regenerated for 2 days. Had to shut it down. We live on a acreage and the septic system couldn't keep up. Believe there could have been something jammed in the sockets or what ever. They wont take responsibility for his actions. All they want is there money. We now after 50,000 repair cost to our basement and all the difficulties we have had to overcome during the renovation. Up until this, we haven't had an issue with them or the system. Love the water

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had nothing but issues with Nimbus Water for more than 8 months. I have never once received an invoice on time and correct, they refuse to honor the terms of their own contract, and I've spent hours on the phone with them every single month trying to correct my account with zero success and zero phone calls ever returned. They also refused to refund me my water bottle deposit when THEY picked up the cooler bottles, so don't count on ever seeing that money returned! Save yourself the headache and choose a different water company.
