★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My initial interaction with Roa was on behalf of my aunt to discuss her insurance policy. During our communication Roa asked if she could provide me with a quote for my own insurance, I accepted.
Yes the quote from Roa was slightly cheaper but that is not what made me switch over to her after being with the same insurer for over 30 years. It was the respect, communication, integrity and professionalism which made me switch to Roa.
I have since referred my sister to Roa and recently referred my parents to her. Even if the cost of premiums were to increase, I would likely stay with Roa just because I know she is always there for me and will always do her best for me and for all her clients.
I not only to I have a new insurance agent - I have a new friend!
