R	Richard Pogue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked this place but midweek public pool times are after 7pm which is too late if you have a toddler also fire alarm went off when I was in the pool with my family. The staff for the first few minutes didn't know what they needed to do. After a while we were told we had to evacuate the building and could not get changed first or even go to my locker to get my car keys. We were given a towel and went outside. We were all cold and my 3 year old was crying. The only thing I was grateful for was that it wasn't freezing outside like it should have been for the time of year. After 10 minutes or so we were allowed to re enter. They really need to review their evacuation procedure and at least have an alternative shelter if they ever need to evacuate during the winter.

This building should be a place for all and not just the vaccinated seeing as in how they can spread it too and also not even know they have it due to "weaker symptoms" but still pass it off to others putting them in danger. No need for Medical discrimination against the unvaxxed.
T	TheZacwillems on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to spend a few hours. My 3 daughters also love it. Whether we go for dinner at the upstairs lounge and watch hockey or go swimming this is their favourite place in Sylvan.
G	Gibson Murph on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have very limited experience with the nexsource centre as a whole but we do regularly come to the little playroom for an hour or 2 and my biggest complaint is that there is no bathroom attached to the space. It’s very inconvenient when you have multiple children playing and you have to physically leave the space to go to the public bathrooms and then have to get the receptionist to buzz you back in. I know the staff find it just as annoying as we do when they are dealing with other people and there’s a family standing there waiting to be let in again after their 3rd trip to the bathroom.

A	Andrea Koning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, great facilities, and very affordable! Very friendly and helpful staff as well! Love that I get my looney back from the coin lockers. My only complaint is that I wish there was a wider selection of exercise machines (very upper body and chest focused; only 1 leg press for all lower body work). I wish I could give a 4.5 star as this is only a small drawback for an otherwise fantastic location. I love that I have a place to walk or run indoors when the weather is icky!?
