This is not the internet side of Nexicom. This is a wholesaler for telecommunication companies. They are very professional and always willing to help there customers to find the right product for the job the are looking to complete.

Nexicom Inc (Internet) and Nexicom Systems (Wholesaler) are two different companies. Just because you didn't pay your bill with Nexicom Inc and they cut your internet off doesn't give you the right to leave bad reviews on other companies with the same name. Looking at you Jordan Borg and Brendan B.

My client's email has been down for two weeks, and Nexicom simply isn't replying to our phone calls or emails. This is insane.

I was a 2 year customer of Nexicom internet. The service itself was intermittent, though better than Xplornet technical issues, however my main issue with Nexicom is their customer service. They called me up last week to inform me that back in October 2021, another customers banking information somehow was added to my profile, and that this poor guy had been paying my internet since last October. I have always had my payments come out automatically, and Nexicom would send me the invoice, so I assumed everything was normal and didn't notice the change either. I called Nexicom in January because I was paying for a higher service than I was actually receiving, and they adjusted my rate, but failed to notice even at this time that the banking information was incorrect. So Nexicom now informs me I owe back pay to October 2021 for internet, and offered ZERO help for THEIR mistake. A nice $800 bill I wasn't expecting as a single parent getting by. The supervisor Tiffany was extremely rude, and failed to demonstrate basic kindness that one would expect when a company calls to inform you of their mistake. Since they refused to offer any help I changed providers, and now my internet is with Bell which uses the same lines as Nexicom, but is now $40 cheaper a month, so in the long run, I will have the last laugh. So long Nexicom! Learn how to manage your clients information properly!!!!! You could've had a continued loyal customer if you just did your job properly, and owned up to it when YOU made the error.
