★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their work is not bad, but probably too busy to take care of smaller jobs, leading to poor communications. Charged 4 hours for a 45-minute job. If I had known, I would have included more works to get my money's worth.

They took care if everything from beginig to the end. When I came home my only thing I had to do was reset my digital clocks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chris Hahn and his fellow electrician from Newtech did a fantastic job upgrading the electrical service at my home, including panel replacement, and installing a level 2 car charger in my garage. Every strep of the way, Chris kept me informed, clearly explained all my options, took care of all the logistics with BC Hydro, and gave a clear cost estimate and timeline for the project. His electrician arrived on time, completed the work quickly and throughly. There were no surprises and Newtech delivered exactly the work they promised on budget. I highly recommend them and will use them again for electrical services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Chris to inquire about residential electrical service after blowing a fuse resulting in one of my circuit breakers refusing to snap back to the "ON" position. I suspected a broken circuit breaker, but Chris kindly took time to troubleshoot the problem with me over the phone. Lo and behold, it was a known (to him, anyways) issue with Siemens circuit breakers where they need to sometimes be forcefully pushed to the "OFF" position in order to reset the breaker. Thanks a lot, Chris! Next time I have real electrical work, I'll definitely give you a call.
