G	George Golubovich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overcharged me 1 months rent taking payment over the phone. Then when my wife went to return the fob, charged another extra month. Paid 4 months, got 2. Tried going in on weekends to get a refund, but the dad was working and said he couldn’t do it. Agreed one was owed and said his daughter isn’t organized at all. Don’t know what everyone else on here is talking about when it comes to respect. They’re never in the office, but every time I show up they roll up on me like the police showing up to a hip hop video shoot. Dad also told me they’ve had a few clients have things stolen off the lot. Take your stuff to bowmanville.

These were my belongings and it was personal! The owner was so kind, she made me feel safe. I was a person to her :) she cared! My belongings have been safe and well taken care of and I do not regret my decision at all. I cannot share enough gratitudes to show her how she has blessed my heart. Thanks a million!!!!!

The compassion, care, communication, and above all the understanding of a very personal situation and how they went above and beyond to help me. Constant contact both ways. Great on pricing. They give you the freedom of coming and going as needed without any issues at all. I'd Use then again and again! HIGHLY recommend Newcastle Storage! UPDATE I had rented a Storage unit for a solid 14 months..it was time to clean it out and I just paid for the months rent when 1 week into that month I had a means to empty it completely. She had approached me on premises, and we chatted about the last month's rental fee....well, she actually gave me back the FULL amount with no hesitations what so ever!
