★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is so unsanitary like their fries are kept out in the air and ready in the baskets with multiple stacked on top of each other. There's probabaly a lot of bacteria in them for this. Although the workers are really friendly it doesn't make up for their poor sanitation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ jan 6 just before 5pm, a friendly male employee hyped me up as I asked to add green onions onto my poutine and then even suggested I might like California seasoning and put it on the side of my order. It was the best New York fries service and poutine id ever had. genuine interaction and great experience, will come back again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is any miscommunication between cashier and customer, the employee have a common sense to correct the mistake. I got small size butter chicken poutine and asked for green onions. While the guy with tattoos was serving my friend, he asked for white onion on one. But the boy misunderstood and put in both. Now instead of giving new box he argued. Well, i loved their service before and never meant to fight. Sorry for that but please learn how to deal customers or teach your staff .!!! ☹️ i went home hungry!
