I didn't feel like I needed to be sales-y while promoting my business. I loved that I could just be myself. He asked me questions which I answered on camera, which made the experience feel so natural and easy. He also got my video done in such a short amount of time I couldn't believe it! My friends who saw the video were wow-ed:) I would recommend New West Video to anyone, and already have!

I met with him and he developed an understanding of the product, then guided us as we identified the key points to discuss in the video and developed a script. He gave us suggestions on the script - then we set up and shot the video in an afternoon. The end product was excellent. Great work Sergey!
